- 1. Attend Cultural Events
Participate in cultural events, workshops, and gatherings organised by BNTAC. Your presence shows your appreciation for our culture and heritage. - 2. Support Local Businesses, Cultural Immersive Tours and Living Experiences on Country (land, sea and sky)Choose to support local First Nations businesses, tours and enterprises on the Fraser Coast. By doing so, you contribute to economic growth and sustainability within the community. What you do – does matter, both in the short and long term.
- 3. Educate Yourself
Take the time to educate yourself about Butchulla culture and history though undertaking our Cultural Awareness Training. Understanding our traditions creates cultural appreciation. - 4. Attend Community Gatherings, Festivals, Activities or Workshops on Country (land, sea and sky)
Attend and participate in local events such as NAIDOC Week celebrations, Arts Exhibitions, Cultural Workshops and other local activities throughout the year. Your engagement reflects your interest in the wellbeing of the Butchulla community and goes a long way to creating and enabling a harmonious, inclusive and vibrant community on the Fraser Coast for all.
